Job Summary
This role is for a Senior IT Service Technician based in Munich, focusing on supporting the IT infrastructure of a prestigious, internationally successful law firm. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support, handling end-user support, and instructing users on various IT services. The technician will manage a wide range of client-side products and peripherals, including PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, projectors, and mobile devices (iOS/Android). Key tasks also include software support for deployed applications and setup/maintenance of video conferencing systems like Teams and Zoom. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of hardware, current Microsoft operating systems (especially Windows 10), and MS Office applications. Required Skills
Education
