Job Summary

This role involves supporting crucial IT hardware rollouts for a renowned client in Wolfsburg, offering a long-term perspective with the potential for permanent employment. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware deployment, including replacing older devices and setting up new systems. Key daily tasks include installing operating systems on various IT devices according to client specifications, managing the transport and support of the client environment (including notebooks, webcams, and scanners), and meticulously documenting all work within the customer's ticketing system. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT system integration or equivalent experience, coupled with detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems and proficiency in troubleshooting PC hardware, laptops, and networking components.
