Job Summary

This role involves leading the IT Services Division, focusing primarily on IT client management for the administration and schools under the city's sponsorship. The Head of Division will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and organizing IT client management, defining and maintaining a service catalog, and ensuring the operative implementation of IT services. Key responsibilities include organizing and steering the First-Level Support (User Help Desk and on-site service), managing financial, technical, and personnel resources economically, and overseeing asset management, including device inventory and lifecycle management. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or comparable qualifications, several years of practical experience in IT Service Management, and ideally, prior leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills, ensuring IT security and documentation for all IT clients.
