Job Summary
As a Project Manager for the 'Smart City Model Project' in Hildesheim, you will lead the independent development and implementation of innovative urban digitalization initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating a diverse range of stakeholders from public administration, academia, business, and the local community. You will be responsible for project controlling, managing procurement processes, and representing project progress in various committees. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Project Management, Urban/Regional Management, Digital Transformation, Smart City, Information Management, IT, Software Development, Computer Science, or Business Informatics. Alternatively, completion of the 'Angestelltenlehrgang II' or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Extensive practical experience in technical project management, including workflows and project structure
- Experience in project communication, conceptualization, and strategy development
- Several years of professional experience in organizational or IT sectors is preferred
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Basic legal knowledge in areas such as data protection, copyright, or publishing law is desirable
