Job Summary

This role involves critical laboratory work within a highly modern, automated dairy facility that processes and distributes high-quality food products globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting raw milk analyses, performing sensory evaluations of products, and carrying out specialized tests on cleaning and disinfectant solutions, as well as potable and process water. Key responsibilities also include the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, alongside participation in interlaboratory proficiency testing. This position requires a professional with a background in chemistry, significant experience in the food industry, and a willingness to work in a continuous 24/7 shift model, including weekends and holidays.
