Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional ready to lead and optimize an organization's core IT service delivery. As the Team Lead for IT Service Management, you will be responsible for the operational implementation, maintenance, and continuous development of the entire IT Service Management framework. A core function involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of the IT Service Desk team, ensuring smooth, service-oriented support for internal customers. Key responsibilities include optimizing critical ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management, monitoring SLA adherence, analyzing KPIs, and preparing service review meetings. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT Service Desk operations, excellent leadership skills, and a relevant degree or vocational qualification in IT or Business Informatics. Fluency in written and spoken German is a mandatory requirement for success in this customer-facing leadership role.
