Job Summary

As the IT Service Desk Team Lead, you will take on both disciplinary and functional leadership of the service desk team, ensuring high-quality support for internal customers. Your daily responsibilities include managing the operational implementation and continuous improvement of IT service management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. You will be responsible for steering, prioritizing, and escalating service requests while monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys documenting service portfolios and collaborating closely with other IT departments. Required Skills

Education
