Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive European Sales Representative to drive growth within the IT and Engineering sectors, focusing on technical specialists. You will be responsible for the technical consulting and sales support of international existing clients while actively acquiring new customers across Europe. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analyses, generating offers, and delivering product presentations at customer sites, trade fairs, and conferences. Furthermore, you will manage local sales partners and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate must possess a technical background, such as a degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, professional experience with ERP and CRM systems, and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory, alongside a high willingness to travel throughout the sales region.
