Job Summary
This role involves connecting people and technology to deliver perfect matches for clients in the electrical and automation technology sectors, supporting projects from initial concept to series production. The successful candidate will primarily focus on the assembly and preparation of generator components, including performing precise soldering work on electrical and mechanical parts. Key responsibilities include the partially automated pre-fabrication of rotor coils, operating and monitoring relevant equipment, and mechanical finishing work such as deburring and ensuring dimensional accuracy. Candidates must possess a professional background as an Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, or Electro-Machinery Fitter, coupled with initial professional experience and the ability to read and apply technical drawings effectively. This position requires technical understanding, manual dexterity, and willingness to work within a 3-shift model.
