Job Summary

This role involves the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical building equipment within a renowned public institution managing city theater operations in Cologne. The technician will primarily utilize computer-aided Building Management Systems (BMS) for measurement and control technology. Key responsibilities include independent fault analysis, documentation of disturbances, routine maintenance, and performing installation and regulation work on domestic technical systems. Candidates must hold a relevant vocational qualification, such as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Mechatronics Technician, and possess specific experience in measurement and control technology. Prerequisites also include a valid Class B driver's license and the ability to work at heights.
