Job Summary

This role is centered on the independent operational expansion and maintenance of substations and switching stations within the northern and southwestern regions of Schleswig-Holstein. Day-to-day tasks involve performing assembly work on high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems, specifically up to 110kV. A critical component of the job is acting as the on-site Plant and Work Supervisor, which includes inducting and overseeing external partner companies during assembly work. Candidates must possess technical vocational training, such as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, and either have existing knowledge of switching MV/HV systems or be highly motivated to undergo required training. The position requires proficiency in standard IT applications, strong customer focus, and participation in on-call duty.
