Job Summary

The Microtechnologist/Production Helper will be responsible for manual and machine-assisted manufacturing tasks, including component placement, such as for sensors, machine operation, and monitoring production processes. Key requirements include initial experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics, familiarity with standard PC systems, and the ability to communicate effectively in German to follow production instructions and coordinate with colleagues. The position offers a permanent contract, attractive, tariff-based compensation with potential for over-tariff bonuses, comprehensive onboarding with a mentor, and the possibility of permanent takeover by the client company.
