Job Summary

As a Service and Commissioning Technician based in Gütersloh, you will play a critical role in the deployment and maintenance of water treatment systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve traveling to sites across Germany and neighboring countries for 1-2 week stints to perform the assembly, disassembly, and piping of systems. You will lead the commissioning process, provide technical instructions to operators, and conduct essential water analysis both on-site and in the laboratory. Beyond physical installation, you will contribute to technical documentation, including operating manuals and visit reports. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronic Technician, or in a metalworking profession such as Pipeline, Sanitary, or Plant Construction.

Experience

  • Professional experience in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or metalworking fields such as pipeline or plant construction
  • Experience in the assembly and disassembly of industrial systems
  • Experience in conducting technical briefings and operator training
  • Experience in creating technical reports and operating instructions

Languages

English (Basic)

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. High willingness to travel (primarily Germany and neighboring European countries, typically 1-2 weeks per project). Must be based in or able to start projects from Gütersloh.
