Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified IT professional to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting a major end-client (Infosys). The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT components, focusing heavily on hands-on hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include installing PCs, notebooks, various printers (multifunction and label), mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners, as well as delivering and professionally installing hardware according to work orders. A core part of the job involves troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and processing break-fix tickets. Candidates must have a completed vocational qualification in IT systems integration or electronics, possess strong hardware knowledge, and be proficient with Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications. This permanent position offers attractive working conditions, up to 30 days of annual leave, and strong potential for permanent employment with the end customer.
