Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding IT inquiries and disruptions (First-Level Support). The specialist will actively analyze recurring IT issues, develop sustainable solutions, and implement them independently. Key responsibilities include maintaining and servicing IT infrastructure, such as PCs, terminals, notebooks, and printers, across server and shipping environments, as well as updating internal IT documentation and providing support at nearby external locations when necessary. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT-related education or comparable professional experience in IT support, possess broad knowledge of current IT technologies, and be fluent in German (B2 minimum). This position offers a stable, full-time, permanent contract within a large, established German e-commerce company.
