Job Summary

This role is perfect for a dedicated IT professional ready to ensure the smooth operation of all departmental IT systems. As the first point of contact (First-Level Support), you will handle IT-related inquiries and disruptions from employees, providing critical support for both hardware (PCs, terminals, notebooks, printers) and software usage. A key part of the job involves proactively analyzing recurring IT issues, developing sustainable solutions, and implementing them independently. You will also be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, updating internal documentation, and occasionally providing IT support at nearby external locations. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent professional experience in IT support, broad knowledge of current IT technologies, and mandatory good German language skills (B2 minimum).
