Job Summary

The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is seeking an experienced computer scientist, IT specialist, or systems architect to serve as the Scientific Data Infrastructure Interoperability Coordinator for the German Human Genome-Phenome Archive (GHGA). This role is crucial for strengthening GHGA's connectivity with major national and international initiatives like genomDE, NAKO, EGA, and GDI. The coordinator will join an interdisciplinary team, focusing on the intersection of software engineering, data infrastructure, and IT security. Key responsibilities include coordinating technical working groups, driving conceptual and technical alignment between partner infrastructures, and leading the development of secure, scalable, and interoperable solutions.
