Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient production and loading processes for a leading minerals and agriculture company at the Wunstorf site. The supervisor/technician will be responsible for maintaining planned quantity and quality standards while strictly adhering to all occupational, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key daily tasks include managing the safe and efficient operation of chemical plants (specifically the REKAL and tailings water treatment facilities), initiating necessary maintenance measures, and conducting training and instruction sessions for staff. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Master or Technician, coupled with professional experience in a supervisory or master position within a production environment, demonstrating strong technical understanding, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility. This position requires readiness and suitability for continuous shift work (early/late/night shifts) in full continuous operation.
