Job Summary

This role, starting April 1, 2026, involves overseeing and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production and loading operations at the K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH site in Wunstorf. The Chemical Master/Technician will be responsible for the secure operation of chemical plants, including the REKAL and pond water treatment facilities, and initiating necessary maintenance measures. A core part of the job is maintaining strict adherence to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting staff training and instruction, transparently communicating performance against targets to management, and closely coordinating activities with other departments within the plant. The successful candidate must possess a strong technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and the willingness to work in a continuous rotating shift system (early, late, and night shifts) and meet specific health suitability requirements.
