Job Summary

This role is perfect for an experienced IT professional eager to drive the future of digital workplaces for approximately 85,000 employees globally within the Schwarz Group. As part of the Workplace Team, you will assume product ownership, actively shaping the strategic development, operations, and support processes for modern IT workplaces. A key focus will be contributing to a sustainable overall architecture, coordinating the integration of new products across complex system landscapes, and evaluating cutting-edge tools, including automation and AI, to foster continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical background, preferably in enterprise IT Workplace design or operations, experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), strong organizational skills, and a high degree of willingness to learn and take responsibility. This position requires fluency in German (B2) and English, supporting a collaborative environment across the Neckarsulm and Heilbronn locations.

Required Skills

Education

IT degree or IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or comparable practical knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT consulting
  • Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Solid technical background, preferably in the design or operation of IT workplaces in an enterprise environment
  • Basic experience with various client operating systems or application/desktop virtualization technologies
