Job Summary

This role offers an IT Specialist the opportunity to join a leading European IT company in Munich, specializing in comprehensive IT and e-commerce services. The core responsibilities revolve around providing crucial 2nd Level Support directly to clients on-site, managing complex requests through escalation management, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include analyzing system malfunctions, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining Windows clients, networks, and printers, including providing dedicated VIP support. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience in IT support, coupled with deep knowledge of current Windows operating systems and basic networking skills.
