Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and maintenance for client workstations within a production company located in Barleben near Magdeburg. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for executing software rollouts and updates, analyzing and resolving errors, and providing crucial First and Second Level Support directly to end-users. Key daily tasks include installing necessary hardware and software and managing Windows-based client workstations. The ideal candidate will have completed professional training in IT, possess multi-year experience in both support and staging, and be proficient in both German and English.
