Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a leading IT service provider in Bremen, specializing in Managed Services for industrial companies. As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing direct support via a TechBar and handling high-priority tickets. Your daily responsibilities will include managing the entire IT support lifecycle, performing 2nd Level support for both hardware and software, and managing onsite support for Windows clients, Android devices, networking, and telecommunications equipment. Key requirements include a degree in IT or a related field, several years of professional experience in Break & Fix environments, and familiarity with ticketing systems and SCCM for image and software deployment. This position offers a long-term perspective, regulated working hours, and a diverse role within an international setting, making it ideal for a dedicated and customer-focused supporter.
