Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, focusing on providing essential support within a managed services environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical disruptions, managing tickets within the system, and performing the setup, installation, and configuration of client hardware and peripheral devices. The technician will also be responsible for integrating devices into the customer network, installing standard software, and providing user instruction for new equipment and software. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft-based desktop system administration and configuration.
