Job Summary
This role involves providing essential Onsite and Remote IT Support for the infrastructure of a chemical company in Brunsbüttel. The Service Technician will be the primary contact for users at the Service Point, handling troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of various IT hardware including desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and mobile scanners. Key responsibilities include installing operating systems and software, configuring devices according to specifications, and assisting with IT component setup during office moves.
