This role is for a proactive Managed Service IT Administrator based in Hannover, joining a market leader in IT system house services. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on maintaining the professional operation of customer IT infrastructures by analyzing and resolving disruptions, managing incoming incidents and service requests, and implementing system configuration changes.
