Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to focus on managing and supporting the on-site IT infrastructure in Gilching. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial 2nd level support for Windows clients, printers, and network issues, troubleshooting problems with mobile devices, and executing IT support tasks following established procedures like Break & Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Hand and Eyes protocols. Candidates should possess a completed IT qualification or at least three years of relevant professional experience, coupled with strong foundational knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems. Experience handling various hardware components, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and IP telephony, is essential. This position offers a diverse workload in an international setting and starts as a temporary assignment with an excellent option for permanent employment.
