Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Field Service Technician in Stuttgart to join a growing IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services. The role involves providing comprehensive technical service for various hardware components, including servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, POS systems, and printers from different manufacturers. Key day-to-day responsibilities include performing regular data backups, integrating software, operating systems, and applications, conducting error analysis and system maintenance, and assisting with installations, upgrades, and system tests. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable practical experience.
