Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Network System Engineer based in Salzgitter, focusing on managing and maintaining network environments for prominent German automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Day-to-day responsibilities include active participation in various network projects, operating and troubleshooting router and switching systems, primarily Cisco, and managing access technology based on copper and fiber optics. The successful candidate will monitor, document, and resolve network issues using a ticket-based system. Key requirements include a completed IT education (e.g., IT Specialist) or equivalent qualification, professional experience with network environments, and good English skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts between Monday and Saturday is essential. Education
