Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician in Hamburg involves being the central point of contact for user support, managing diverse system landscapes, and providing targeted problem resolution. Day-to-day tasks include performing hardware rollouts, delivering IT Workplace Services, and providing ticket-based Onsite Support for Windows Clients. The technician will also handle Industrial IT Support for specialized equipment like Panel PCs, scanners, and terminals, and be responsible for cabling and setting up standard business hardware. Key qualifications include a relevant IT education, knowledge of current Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals (Layer 1-3, switching), and experience with hardware assembly and cabling.
