Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional or recent graduate with an IT qualification to join a team in Kassel as an IT Service Technician. The role is focused on providing essential hardware services and technical support for various IT infrastructure components. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC/D (Installation, Migration, Administration, Configuration, and Decommissioning) services for servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices. The technician will also be heavily involved in supporting rollout and migration projects, and providing direct technical support to end-users. Key requirements include a completed IT apprenticeship or professional experience in the IT field, strong knowledge of hardware and Microsoft operating systems, and practical experience with networking equipment like switches and routers.
