Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician to actively contribute to the future of a market-leading IT solutions and service management company in Munich/Freising. The core responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing and resolving faults within the IT infrastructure, and providing dedicated customer support for technical issues. The technician will also be responsible for documenting all work steps within the team. Candidates should possess a completed technical education or equivalent qualifications in IT support, experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems, and proficiency in both German and English.
