Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to start a career in IT as an Onsite IT Technician in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, working within market-leading Managed Services. The position is initially temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive hands-on support, including setting up, installing, and configuring client hardware and peripherals, and ensuring their integration into the customer network. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical incidents reported via a ticketing system, installing standard software, and providing user instruction on new devices and applications. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong all-round IT competence, and specific knowledge in administering Microsoft-based desktop systems.
