Job Summary

This role involves supporting an international team as an IT Specialist focusing on network integration and support in Cologne. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing system documentation, actively participating in the optimization of IT Service Desk processes, and ensuring the service level of IT support is consistently met. Day-to-day tasks include expert handling of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems, and communicating with both German and international clients and users. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of the Cisco environment (Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting, VPN, MPLS, IPSec), and familiarity with ticket and monitoring systems.
