The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of IT infrastructure, including the installation and integration of operating systems, software, and applications. Daily tasks involve the maintenance and servicing of various hardware components such as servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, POS systems, and printers, alongside crucial activities like error analysis, system optimization, and regular data backups.
