Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential 1st and 2nd level support within a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in Berlin. The primary responsibilities include managing and supporting Telecommunications (TK/VK) and vVoIP environments, processing incident reports, creating detailed documentation, and executing hardware rollouts and inventories. Successful candidates must be IT-savvy, communicative, and hold professional qualifications such as training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent. Key technical requirements include several years of professional experience in IT support, knowledge of Cisco VK Technology, and current certifications like MCSA. Experience with Windows, MS Office, and ticketing systems is mandatory.
