Job Summary
This role is an excellent entry point for career starters or professionals transitioning into IT, focusing on providing essential IT support in Munich. The specialist will be the first point of contact, handling customer inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and phone. Key responsibilities include processing and logging tickets, conducting problem-oriented customer support while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meticulously documenting incidents and their resolutions within the ITSM tool. A core aspect of the job involves troubleshooting and resolving issues or change requests within Microsoft Office 365 environments and Windows infrastructures. Candidates should possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualifications, coupled with initial experience in IT support, remote support, and hands-on familiarity with documentation and ticketing systems. The position offers a permanent contract after an initial temporary placement period, regular working hours, and strong team support.
