Job Summary
This role involves working as an IT Specialist within a Service Desk environment, supporting a company with over 1,000 specialists across six countries. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, handling user inquiries from initial acceptance through error analysis to solution development. Key day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with various departments, installing and administering client systems, conducting user training sessions, and managing smaller IT projects. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, initial professional experience in IT Service or Support, and the ability to handle both national and international support requests via phone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Rot am See, with the possibility of working remotely and enjoying flexible hours.
