Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Technician to join an established company in Bamberg and support their digital transformation journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults, performing hardware relocations including installation and cabling, and providing essential on-site support. The technician will also be responsible for repairing Desktops, Notebooks, and Printers under warranty or standard cases, implementing and configuring client systems, and managing service calls within client environments. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent experience in Microsoft environments, coupled with deep knowledge of Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10) and networking concepts (LAN/WLAN).
