Job Summary
This role involves providing essential first-level IT support and administration within a leading European IT company in Bonn. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding IT inquiries, managing and prioritizing incoming incidents and service requests using IT ticketing systems. Key daily tasks include setting up, installing, and maintaining hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network components) and managing MS Active Directory Services and Office 365 applications, including MS Teams. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT system integration or equivalent, coupled with solid experience in desktop and peripheral administration. This position offers an extensive onboarding process, flexible working hours, 30 days of annual leave, and significant opportunities for professional development and assumption of responsibility, with the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification
