The position combines hands-on technical support with crucial team coordination responsibilities. Day-to-day activities include coordinating team meetings and vacation planning, ensuring timely appointments, and providing essential Onsite Support for both Windows and Mac clients. You will be responsible for processing support tickets, managing project orders, and assisting with network and telecommunications tasks. Key requirements include fundamental knowledge of current Windows operating systems, experience in networking (Layer 1-3), and structured work habits following ticket and RFS principles.
