Job Summary
This IT Support Specialist role, based in Ratingen, involves providing crucial 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users within a market-leading IT company focused on system house services. The primary responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical problems via remote access or direct intervention, managing user inquiries efficiently through a ticketing system, and coordinating the escalation of 3rd Level requests to specialized departments. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical proficiency across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Office 365, and ideally have experience supporting mobile solutions like iOS and Android, as well as conference systems. Success in this role requires excellent communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with fluency in both German and English.
