Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to join a long-established partner of German industry, focusing on IT infrastructure and support. As a Service Desk Agent based in Darmstadt, you will be the first point of contact for employee IT issues. Your daily tasks will involve qualifying incoming requests, documenting all processes meticulously using a ticketing system, and providing essential 1st Level Support for user accounts, access permissions, and various activations. You will be responsible for triaging and escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd Level Support teams. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related educational background or equivalent qualification, coupled with fundamental knowledge of network technology and proven professional experience in a Service Desk environment. This full-time position offers excellent development opportunities, stable employment, and the chance for permanent takeover after an initial temporary contract.
