Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Infrastructure Services for leading companies in the IT sector, focusing on the Bad Wimpfen location. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing classic IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, setting up and dismantling new and used equipment, and installing operating systems and various applications. A key part of the job is providing direct Onsite Service to various clients and assisting with ongoing IT support based on ticket volume. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in on-site service, knowledge of network technology, expertise in Windows 10 and standard Office applications, and initial practical experience with ticketing systems.
