Job Summary

This role involves supporting and implementing applications for customers, focusing on ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted operation of critical enterprise systems like ERP and CRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating new projects from conception through commissioning, documenting completed projects, and collaborating with specialist departments to translate requirements into system implementations. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, strong foundational knowledge of SAP as a user (with administration skills being a plus), and an understanding of business processes. Experience in application management, support, or a consulting role is highly valued.
