Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician in Günzburg, bringing technical expertise and innovative ideas to a renowned consulting firm. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, managing hardware maintenance, optimizing IT systems, and handling asset management, including employee onboarding and offboarding. The technician will also be responsible for installing various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android), managing data backup, recovery, and encryption, and creating comprehensive documentation. Key qualifications include an IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or relevant professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online), MS Azure, and MS Intune, alongside familiarity with ticketing systems.
