Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT System Administrator to join a company specializing in pharmaceutical services in Heidelberg. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the functionality and security of all IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include installing and maintaining MS Servers, end-user devices, and various applications, managing databases in both commercial and production environments, and implementing internal security policies. The administrator will also be the primary contact for IT inquiries and will collaborate with external service providers on projects. Candidates should have a completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification, along with professional experience administering Windows Servers and Clients (Windows 7/10). Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, VMWare, and server hardware is required, alongside good proficiency in German and English. This position offers a secure, long-term perspective with 30 days of annual leave and flexible working hours.
