Job Summary

This versatile role as an IT Service Technician in Mannheim, supporting an automotive company, focuses on providing hands-on hardware and software support. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, configuration, and teardown of hardware, alongside the installation and troubleshooting of various software and operating systems. A key task involves repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets under warranty and providing personalized support to users at the Service Point. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, detailed knowledge of client hardware, and experience supporting current Windows OS and Office products.
