Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT-affine professional seeking variety and a new challenge supporting the IT infrastructure of a production company in Graben-Neudorf. The Onsite IT Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of all end-user devices, including desktops, notebooks, and mobile equipment. Day-to-day tasks involve installing and deploying IT devices, imaging hardware, replacing printers and their components, and providing crucial, in-person troubleshooting and support to end-users on-site. The successful candidate must possess an IT-related qualification or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of Windows operating system troubleshooting, and experience supporting standard IT workstations and production-specific IT components like scanners and label printers. This position is initially a temporary placement with a strong option for permanent employment.
