Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Field Service Technician focusing on on-site support for client and printing systems within the Nuremberg/Middle Franconia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing hardware exchanges, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software errors, and providing essential Second Level Support. Daily tasks include troubleshooting complex issues, handling warranty claims, performing data recovery, assisting with system rollouts, and installing and configuring PCs and notebooks. Key requirements include a completed vocational training or extensive professional experience in Second Level Support, practical knowledge of various printer brands (HP, Lexmark, Samsung), and expertise in repairing and commissioning hardware, including mainboard replacements.
